Public records of the Township shall be open
for inspection by members of the public as provided by law (N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq.). Such inspection shall be made only at reasonable
times during business hours and without interference to the conduct
of the affairs of the office or other place where such records are
kept or maintained.

The following fees shall be charged for public
documents:
A. For a permit to purchase a pistol or revolver: $2
each. For firearms purchase identification cards: $5 each.
B. For police accident reports: $5 each.
C. For official searches for municipal liens, tax search,
for improvements authorized but not assessed or for a certificate
as to approval of subdivisions: $10. When the holder for a certificate,
issued as herein provided, applies for a continuation thereof within
three years from the date thereof, the fee charged therefor shall
not exceed $2 per calendar year.
D. Duplicates.

(1) For duplicate tax bills: $5 each.
(2) Duplicate certificate of sale: $100.
(3) Returned automatic clearing house (ACH) charge for
unavailable funds: $20.
E. For copies of public records and documents, as follows:

(1) Letter-size
page (8 1/2 x 11): $0.05 per page.
(2) Legal-size
page (8 1/2 x 14) or larger: $0.07 per page.
F. For viewing of a photograph or photographs of accident
scenes: $3 per accident.
G. For photographic reprints:
(1) Ten dollars for each of the first to the 10th prints.
(2) Five dollars for each of the 11th to 20th prints.
(3) Two dollars for each print in excess of 20.
H. For viewing of video drinking-driving tapes $25 per
viewing; shall be by appointment only.
I. For copying of any videotape or tapes: $75 or actual
cost to reproduce same, whichever is greater.
J. ABC fees.
(1) Plenary retail consumption: $1,209.60.
(2) Plenary retail distribution: $933.12.
(4) ABC ID Card.

Initial registration: $25.
(5) Replacement of lost ID Card: $15.
L. Filling stations: $25 per dispenser.
M. Business license. The fees for the issuance or renewal
of any license mentioned hereunder shall be as follows:

(1) Five to 50 vehicles: $100.
(2) Fifty-one to 100 vehicles: $150.

(4) One hundred fifty-one to 199 vehicles: $250.
(5) Over 200 vehicles: $300 with an additional $2 per
vehicle over 200.
Q. Returned check fee: $20 service charge.
