The parking, standing or locating of any such
truck, wagon, cart or other mobile unit, shall not be deemed to be
a violation of this article, provided that the owner or owners of
the truck, wagon, cart or other mobile unit shall have been requested
to so park, stand or locate such truck, wagon, cart or other mobile
unit by any of the agencies, commissions or officers of the Township
or the Board of Education. Such parking, standing or locating of any
truck, wagon, cart or other mobile unit shall be limited to servicing
of any public, charitable, recreational, sports or other similar activity.
The owner or operator of any such truck, wagon, cart or other mobile
unit shall first apply to the Chief of Police of the Township for
written permission therefor.
The Chief of Police shall issue written permission
for the parking, standing or locating of any such truck, wagon, cart
or other mobile unit upon being satisfied that written request therefor
has been received and approved by an agency, commission or officer
of the Township or the Board of Education and that the number and
location of any such trucks, wagons, carts or other mobile units will
not constitute a danger to the public health, safety or welfare in
terms of numbers, location or period of time so parked, standing or
located.

For violation of any provision of this article, the maximum penalty, upon conviction, shall not exceed the maximum penalties set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
III. Each and every violation of any provision of this article shall be considered a separate violation and shall subject the person so charged to the maximum penalty.
