Article XI Miscellaneous

The fees for permits and licenses as required by this chapter, for the purpose of raising revenue for regulation and control, to be paid annually to this municipality, shall be as provided in Chapter 635, Fees, Health.

§ 678-44 Expiration of permits and licenses.

All permits and licenses issued under authority of this chapter shall expire on the 31st day of December of each year.

§ 678-45 Payment of fees.

Permit and license fees shall be paid to the Board of Health.

§ 678-46 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation and shall be liable to imprisonment as provided by law.
