It shall be unlawful to exhibit for sale or to sell any pistols, cap pistols, firearms or fireworks of any and all descriptions within the limits of the Borough of Prospect Park.
It shall be unlawful to fire or discharge any pistol, cap pistol or firearms or to explode or discharge any fireworks within the limits of the Borough of Prospect Park, except firearms when used for hunting in fields or woods.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and be liable to the provisions stated in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.

It shall not be lawful for any person to have in his possession in the Borough of Prospect Park, either for the purpose of selling or using, any slingshot, air rifle, air gun, beanshooter or puttyblower.
It shall not be lawful for any person in the Borough of Prospect Park to carry any slingshot, air rifle, air gun, beanshooter or puttyblower.
It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to fire off or discharge any gun, pistol or other firearms at any place or from any house or in any of the public streets, alleys, avenues, highways or public grounds within the Borough of Prospect Park; provided, however, that nothing in this section contained shall prohibit the use of firearms for the protection of life, person or property.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be liable to the provisions stated in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
