The specifications and regulations included at the end of this
Chapter (Town Highway Specifications) are hereby adopted as the Town
of Clinton highway specifications and regulations.

Editor’s Note: This local law also provided for the repeal of former § 201-1, Specifications adopted, and the associated Dutchess County Town Highway Specifications, included as an attachment to Ch. 201. The Town Highway Specifications added by L.L. No. 2-2013 are included as an attachment to this chapter.
All highways and/or roads constructed or built
in the Town of Clinton shall comply with such specifications and regulations.
