A.
Procedure. Upon determination by the Planning Board that the action proposed in the sketch plan constitutes a lot line adjustment, the Board shall confirm that decision by motion that the proposed action does not constitute a subdivision as defined in the Code. After preliminary acceptance of the proposed action as a lot line adjustment, the Planning Board shall determine the extent of the certified survey to be provided by a licensed New York State surveyor. Having determined that the certified survey map, which the minimum survey shall show affected area unless Board determines a full survey is required, agrees with the sketch plan, the approved certified map (five copies) shall be signed by the duly authorized officer and filed by the applicant, or the applicant's designated agent, with the County Clerk within 62 days of the date of such signature.
B.
Application. Application will expire within one year's date of its submission unless written extension, which is mutually agreed upon by the owner and Board, is submitted.
C.
Application fee. The application for approval of lot line adjustment shall be accompanied by a fee set by the Town Board and stated in the fee schedule.

D.
Number of copies. Five copies of the lot line adjustment sketch plan shall be presented to the Secretary of the Planning Board at least 10 days prior to the next regular Planning Board meeting.

E.
Public hearing. There will be no public hearing unless the Board in its discretion determines same to be necessary.
