The bulkhead line of that part of the shore
of Lac Sault Dore hereinafter described and more particularly shown
by the map[1] is established and determined as set forth in the following
description, subject to the approval of the Department of Natural
Resources, namely:
Said bulkhead line located in Government Lot
1 of Section 7, Town 37 North, Range 1 West, Town of Elk, Price County,
Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the northwest
corner of Section 7, Town 37 North, Range 1 West; thence S 89°
3' 06" E 1,262.97 feet along the north line of Section 7; thence S
00° 16' 54" W 69.15 feet to the beginning of a bulkhead line;
thence S 84° 28' 27" E 206.13 feet to the end of said bulkhead
line.

Six certified copies of this chapter, together with
six true and correct copies of the such map, shall be submitted to
the Department of Natural Resources for its approval.
B.Â
Upon the return and receipt of such approved chapter
and map, the same shall be filed as follows: one in the office of
the Department of Natural Resources, one in the office of the Town
Clerk of the Town of Elk, one in the office of the County Clerk of
Price County, and one in the office of the Register of Deeds for and
in Price County, Wisconsin.
This chapter is to take effect from and after
its publication and approval by the State of Wisconsin Department
of Natural Resources.
