The provisions of §§ 125.07 and 125.09, Wis. Stats., and all subsequent amendments to these statutory sections, relating to the possession or procurement of beer and liquors by minors and the furnishing of beer and liquors to minors, exclusive of any provisions relating to the penalty to be imposed upon adults for the punishment for violation of such statutes, are hereby adopted and made a part of this article by reference with the same force and effect as it set out in full herein. A violation of any of such statutory provisions shall constitute a violation of this article.
A. 
For adults. Upon conviction of an individual, partnership, corporation, nonprofit organization or bartender of a violation of the provisions of this article, said individual, partnership, corporation, nonprofit organization or bartender shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code plus taxable costs and penalty assessment.
B. 
For minors. Any minor determined by the court to have violated any of the provisions of this article shall be penalized as provided in § 938.344, Wis. Stats., and any subsequent amendments to § 938.344.

The County Board recognizes that the use of metal or glass beverage containers for alcoholic and fermented malt beverages outside of a designated area within the Price County Fairgrounds may pose a threat to the safety of the public on the fairgrounds and that for the enjoyment of all participants, most specifically including children, in the festivities of the fair, the possession and consumption of any and all alcoholic and fermented malt beverages shall be restricted to a designated area and they shall be served only in plastic or paper containers.
A. 
No person may carry or bring onto the premises of the Price County Fairgrounds any alcoholic or fermented malt beverage.
B. 
No person may sell, possess, consume or purchase any alcoholic or fermented malt beverage within the premises of the Price County Fairgrounds unless said beverage is sold, possessed, consumed or purchased within an area or areas designated for the purpose of said sale, possession, consumption or purchase of said beverages. The designated area or areas shall be so designated by the Price County Fair Board. The sale of alcoholic or fermented malt beverages shall be in paper or plastic containers only.
Any person violating any section of this article shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code plus any penalty assessment and court costs.
The County Clerk shall cause this article to be published once in the official newspaper of the County. This article shall take effect and be in force after the date of its publication on each and every day officially designated by the Price County Fair Board as Price County Fair Days.
