No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of:
A. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway W which is located between East Wilson Road and West Wilson Road, a distance of approximately 1 1/2 miles, said portion of County Trunk Highway W located in Sections 13, 23 and 24 of Township 37 North, Range 1 West, in the Township of Elk, County of Price, State of Wisconsin.
B. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway F which is located between Bodies Road and Southfork Road, a distance of approximately 1/2 mile, said portion of County Trunk Highway F located in Section 16, Township 38 North, Range 1 West, in the Town of Flambeau, County of Price, State of Wisconsin.

C. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway F which is located between North Minnow Lake Road and North Soo Lake Road, a distance of approximately 2.2 miles, said portion of County Trunk F located in Sections 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12, Township 37 North, Range 1 West, in the Town of Elk, County of Price, State of Wisconsin.

D. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway C which is located at the south end of the Village of Prentice village limits to State Trunk Highway 86, a distance of approximately 8.1 miles, said portion of County Trunk Highway C located in Sections 7, 17, 20, 27, 28, 29, 33 and 34, Township 35 North, Range 2 East, in the Town of Prentice, also Section 3, Township 34 North, Range 2 East, in the Town of Hill, County of Price, State of Wisconsin.

E. 
Forty miles per hour on County Highway X.

F. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway W which is located between Eight Mile Creek Road and Weimer's Dam Road, a distance of approximately 2.4 miles, said portion of County Trunk Highway W located in Section 18 of Township 37 North, Range 1 West, and Sections 11 and 13 of Township 37 North, Range 2 West, in the Township of Elk, County of Price, State of Wisconsin.

G. 
Forty-five miles per hour on that part of County Trunk Highway W which is located 470 feet west of Highway 100 to 250 feet north of East Wilson Road, a distance of approximately 5,900 feet.

A. 
Any violation of this article shall not be construed to constitute a misdemeanor, and no fine or imprisonment shall be imposed for the violation of this article.
B. 
The penalty for violation of any section of this article shall be in the nature of a forfeiture, and the amount of the forfeiture shall be equivalent to the forfeiture provided in § 346.60(2), Wis. Stats., and all subsequent amendments to said section.
C. 
When any forfeiture has been imposed as a punishment for the violation for any provision of this article, the defendant shall also be sentenced to pay the costs and penalty assessment.
D. 
Forfeitures collected pursuant to this article shall be placed in the County general fund.
The Sheriff or any Deputy Sheriff may commence a forfeiture action by the issuance of a citation on the Uniform Citation and Complaint Form prescribed by § 345.11, Wis. Stats., and may accept a signed stipulation of guilt or no contest and the bond therefor in accordance with the bond schedule adopted by the Circuit Court. Any other person may commence a forfeiture action pursuant to this article by signing a complaint in the office of the District Attorney for Price County.
