No sign shall:
A. 
Resemble, imitate, or approximate the shape, size, form, or color of railroad or traffic signs, signals, or devices.
B. 
Be so located as to interfere with the visibility or effectiveness of any official traffic sign or signal or with driver vision at any access point or intersection.
C. 
Be erected, relocated, or maintained so as to prevent free ingress or egress from any door, window, or fire escape, and no sign shall be attached to a standpipe or fire escape.
D. 
Contain any rotating or moving parts or be illuminated by flashing light.
E. 
Exceed the maximum height limitation of the district in which it located.
F. 
Be located on a lot so as to reduce the required dimensional setback and side yard requirements of the district in which it is located, exception to above being that all signs may be set back one foot from the road right-of-way limit, as opposed to the specified setback requirement of structures from public roads in each district.
