It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep on any beach or on any publicly owned property, including by way of example but not limited to the boardwalk, the bandstand, sidewalks, alleys, streets and public rights-of-way or in any type of vehicle located within the corporate limits of the Town of Bethany Beach between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., prevailing time.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 223-1 of this article shall be deemed guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
