Town of Bethany Beach, DE Article III Hours

§ 223-11 Permitted hours of use.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be or remain on the beach within the limits of the Town of Bethany Beach between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

§ 223-12 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
