Any person hereafter found guilty of defacing, displacing or damaging the walls or any part of the comfort station maintained by the Town or any vehicle, tool, tree, shrub, sidewalk, street sign or other property owned, maintained or supervised by the Town shall, upon conviction thereof, pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
