From and after the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer, on Route 26.

Any person found guilty of violating this article shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
