The minimum lot of record shall be 7,000 square
feet in area. For multiunit buildings, the minimum lot area per standard
dwelling unit shall be 7,000 square feet.

The minimum street frontage shall be 60 feet per lot, provided that multi-dwelling-unit buildings shall require a minimum of 40 feet of street frontage per standard dwelling unit for interior lots and 50 feet per standard dwelling unit for corner lots. Anything in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, lots fronting on a cul-de-sac and otherwise complying with Chapter
410, Subdivision of Land, of the Code of the Town of Bethany Beach shall require a minimum of 20 feet street frontage per dwelling unit.
Permitted uses in an R-2 Zone shall be the same
as permitted in an R-1 Zone.

Uses permitted by special exception or conditional
use shall be the same as permitted in the R-1 Zone.

Uses not specifically permitted under §
425-57 or §
425-58 which are not commonly recognized as a clearly integral and harmonious component of such specifically permitted uses are prohibited.
