The Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Halfmoon hereby adopts and incorporates here, by reference, the Amended
Joint Articles of Agreement of the Centre Region Council of Governments,
dated December 11, 2008, a copy of which is attached to this article
as Exhibit A.[1]

at the end of this chapter.
The Chair of the Halfmoon Township Board of
Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said articles on behalf
of Halfmoon Township.
