For the purposes of this chapter, the City of Canandaigua is divided into the following zone districts:
R-1A Single-Family Residential District
R-1B Single-Family Residential District
R-2 Two-Family Residential District
R-3 Multifamily District
M-H Mobile Home Park District
R-I Residential/Institutional District
H-R Health Related District
C-1 Restricted Commercial District
C-2 Central Business District
C-3 Heavy Commercial District
C-L Commercial Lakefront District
R-O Residential Office District
M Manufacturing District
MU-1 Mixed Use — Low Density
MU-2 Mixed Use — Medium Density
MU-3 Mixed Use — High Density
U Underground Utility District
P-R Parks/Recreational District
R-L Residential Lakefront District
BH Boathouse District
The location and boundaries of said districts are established as shown on the Zoning Map of the City of Canandaigua attached hereto and made as part of this chapter.[1] Said map and all notations, references and designations shown thereon, as may be amended, shall be as such a part of this chapter as if the same were fully described and set forth herein.[2]
