Delegation of signatory authority with regards to termination, suspension or other York County employee actions with the State Civil Service Commission is hereby vested in the Executive Director of Human Resources.

All personnel actions involving employees covered by civil service regulations which deal with the termination of an employee and any issue appealable to the State Civil Service Commission shall be brought to the attention of the County Commissioners at or near the time that such action is taken by the Executive Director of Human Resources.

All personnel action that involves the termination of any other county employee shall likewise be brought to the attention of the County Commissioners at or near the time that such action is taken by the Executive Director of Human Resources.
