The services of the District Attorney of York County, Pennsylvania, are hereby fixed at full-time. The District Attorney shall be hereafter compensated at $1,000 lower than that paid to the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of York County and shall not hereafter engage in any private practice. This determination shall not hereafter be changed except by referendum of the electorate of York County.
