Permanent stop intersections. Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, as amended, the intersections described below are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated. All vehicles approaching any of said intersections are hereby required to come to a full stop, as directed by signs, before entering the intersection, unless otherwise directed by a peace officer or signal.
