The Township Attorney shall:
A. Supervise the personnel of the Office of the Township Attorney, except
where supervision of attorneys would conflict with the duty of their
appointment.
B. Manage the property of the Office of the Township Attorney.

The First Assistant Township Attorney shall make appearances
at meetings of Township Council when necessary to advise the Township
Council of the status of any matters the First Assistant Township
Attorney is responsible for pursuant to these duties.
The Township Attorney shall have the power, with the approval
of the Mayor and Council and within the limits of available appropriations,
to engage such additional or specialized counsel to aid in the performance
and functions of the Office.
