Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. II, Rubbish and Refuse on Streets and Sidewalks, adopted 11-27-1973 by Ord. No. 1378 as Ch. 132, Art. IV, of the 1973 Code.
It shall not be lawful for any person or corporation to throw, sweep into or otherwise deposit broken glass, metal, wood, paper or any other kind of litter, refuse or dirt whatsoever in or upon any of the streets, avenues or sidewalks of the Township of Toms River, in the County of Ocean.
It shall not be lawful for any person or corporation to throw, sweep into or otherwise deposit broken glass, metal, wood, paper or any kind of litter, refuse or dirt whatsoever from the sidewalks into the roads, avenues or streets in the Township of Toms River, in the County of Ocean.
