If the soils designations reveal the existence of the following soils series, quarry or water areas, the Township will conduct, at the applicant's expense, a wetlands determination, including a wetlands and wetlands margin delineation, on the area or areas:

If the applicant and the Township are unable to agree as to the wetlands determination, wetlands delineation or wetlands margin delineation, an additional evaluation of the site may be conducted by another qualified wetlands professional mutually chosen by the Township and the applicant. The fee for the additional evaluation shall be paid by the applicant.
