The First Selectman, acting by a majority vote
of the Board of Selectmen, be and he is hereby authorized and empowered,
from time to time, to take all actions necessary to apply for, accept,
reject or modify any and all grants, payments or deposits to or on
behalf of the Town of North Haven from any and all state or federal
authorities, as the case may be and as from time to time may be required.
