§ 256-22 Penalties for offenses.

In addition to any penalty provided in § 396-p of the General Business Law, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a penalty set in accordance with Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, of the Glen Cove Code of Ordinances.
