A.
Damaging of streets by vehicle not having rubber-tired wheels or by other mechanism. The disturbing or tearing up of any Township street or public way by a vehicle not equipped with rubber-tired wheels or by the locking of wheels of any vehicle or attaching a drag or other mechanism to the same likely to cause injury to the Township street or public way is hereby prohibited.
B.
Filling of gutters with dirt or other materials. The filling of gutters along any Township street or public way with dirt, fill, earth or other materials is hereby prohibited irrespective of the manner or distance by which said dirt, fill, earth or other material shall travel before reaching the Township street or public way.
C.
Obstruction of drainage to any street by placing dirt or other materials thereon. The obstruction of drainage to any Township street or public way by the spilling, filling, flowing or throwing of stones, dirt, earth or other materials thereon is hereby prohibited.
D.
Diversion of waters to or upon streets, gutters, etc. The diversion of surface or other waters to and upon the Township streets or public ways, drains, gutters and culverts is hereby prohibited.
E.
Placing of dirt or other materials upon street. No person, firm or corporation shall place or cause or suffer to be placed any earth, dirt, stones or other foreign materials or articles upon any Township street or public way except in pursuance of approved construction or repair or other work being done pursuant to law.
F.
Doing of any act which will result in accumulation of dirt or other materials upon street or gutter. No person, firm or corporation shall do or cause to be done any act, including the construction of building, grading, landscaping or otherwise, which shall cause or result in the accumulation of dirt, silt, earth or other materials upon any Township street or public way or in any storm drain, gutter or culvert.[1]
