The following fee be and is hereby established:

Effective with the adoption of this article, $50 of the above-referenced fee will be placed in a dedicated trust fund and donated to the South Plainfield Domestic Violence Awareness Team, and will benefit the operations of the Borough’s Domestic Violence Crisis Intervention Program.
