No. 1641, as amended; and Art. II, Delaware County Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals, adopted 4-10-2006 by Res. No. 1580.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Haverford does hereby approve the use of the Delaware County Uniform
Construction Code Appeal Board allowing for a process for the resolution
of code grievances for the administration and enforcement of the Pennsylvania
Construction Code Act pursuant to its adoption of Ordinance No. 2424
of 2004.[1]
