A.
No plumbing, except minor repairs as herein defined, shall be installed, altered, renewed, replaced or repaired unless a permit has been first obtained from the Plumbing Inspector. The permit shall be posted on the job in a conspicuous place.
C.
Permits shall remain in force for six months from the date of issuance, unless sooner revoked as herein provided, or extended by the Plumbing Inspector, after obtaining the approval of Borough Council, upon reasonable cause shown.
D.
All permits shall be conditioned upon continued compliance with this code and all applicable state, county and local laws, enactments, ordinances and regulations.
E.
A homeowner may install or remove a plumbing fixture from an existing supply or discharge line. All other plumbing work, including rough-in plumbing work must be performed by a registered master plumber.
