There shall be established in the Township of Greenwich, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 293 of the Laws of 1993, N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq., a Municipal Court to be known as the "Municipal Court of the Township of Greenwich."

There shall be a Judge of the Municipal Court, who shall be appointed by the Township Council and who shall serve for a term of three years from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and qualified as provided by law.

There shall be a Municipal Court Administrator appointed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10, as amended and supplemented. The Municipal Court Administrator shall perform such functions and duties as are prescribed by law, the Rules of the Courts and the Judge.
