Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as through streets.[1] Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.

B. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-138.6, extended parking zones are hereby established at the three-way stop intersection located at Swedesboro Avenue and Ladner Avenue. The extended parking zone is the area in a parking lane no closer than 15 feet from the stop sign.
