The Agricultural and Rural Residence Districts AR are primarily for agriculture and nonfarm or suburban residential uses. In them, no building or other structure shall be built, altered or erected to be used for any purpose other than that of:
A.
Any form of agriculture, animal husbandry or horticulture, including the storage, processing and sale of farm products, a substantial amount of which must be produced on the premises, except that the following uses are prohibited on lots smaller than five acres in size:

A one-family dwelling and its accessory buildings and uses.
C.
Two-family dwellings.
D.
Production of forest products and forest industries.
E.
Public and private parks, playgrounds, recreational camps, golf courses and tennis courts.
F.
Ski tows.
