No person shall use or discharge any rifle,
pistol, shotgun or fowling piece of any description, nor pursue or
hunt any bird or animal with the intent to shoot such animal, etc.,
in that area of the Town lying north of the tracks of the N.Y., N.H.
and H. Railroad, and commonly known as the "Common Fence Point Area."
