Permission required to trap animals on private property; violations and penalties.
A.
The trapping of animals within the Village on public or private property is hereby prohibited unless permission is obtained from the owner of the property.
B.
A violation of Subsection
A
shall be punishable as provided in §
1-4
, General penalty, of this Code.
