A. 
Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed within Village limits, except as provided in Subsection B of this section.
B. 
Twenty-five miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed limit on the following streets:

In the school zone on East Street, which school zone begins at the point where the school flasher sign is located in the northerly right-of-way of East Street, (at or near Fairlea Road), thence a distance of 1,320 feet westerly along the said northerly right-of-way line to a point in said northerly right-of-way line, where said school zone ends.
