It shall be unlawful for any merchant doing
business within the Borough of Fort Lee to sell toy cigarettes or
cigars or edible cigarettes or cigars, including candy cigarettes
and/or chewing gum in the shape of cigars or cigarettes, to a person
under 18 years of age.
