Cable television and video service shall be governed by §§ 66.0420 and 66.0421, Wis. Stats., as amended from time to time, and §§ 66.0420 and 66.0421, Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein.
