Pursuant to Subdivision 2 of § 34 of the Town Law and in furtherance
of a resolution heretofore made on January 5, 1970, respecting the appointment
of the Town Comptroller, the following powers and duties heretofore imposed
upon the Supervisor under § 125 of the Town Law shall devolve upon
and be exercised by the Town Comptroller:
