Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed
15 days, or both. Each days' continued violation shall constitute a separate
offense.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer or Zoning
Enforcement Officer of the village.
No land in the Village of Caledonia shall be subdivided except in conformance
with the provisions of this chapter.
No building permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation
for the construction of any building upon property which has been subdivided
without the approval of the Planning Board of the Village of Caledonia. For
the purposes of this Article, the term "subdivided" shall mean the division
of any parcel of land into two or more lots, blocks or sites, with or without
streets or highways, and includes resubdivision.
