The Commission shall consist of seven members, five of which shall be
residents of the village to be appointed by the Village Board and two of which
shall be residents of the town to be appointed by the Town Board. Each term
will run five years or until a successor is appointed who shall complete the
term of office. A Commission member who is absent for three consecutive meetings
without explanation will receive a letter requesting his resignation.
The Commission may expand town membership to five upon recommendation
at the Commission's discretion.
A Commission member may succeed himself.
