Pursuant to the requirements of the Act of May 25, 1945, P.L. 1050, as amended (72 P.S. § 5511.36a), the compensation to be paid to the Tax Collector of the Borough of Marietta, Pennsylvania, is hereby established as $100 per year. This rate of compensation is to be effective with the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1978.
