Village of Fort Plain, NY Chapter 110 Handbills and Littering

§ 110-1 Posting of handbills and littering prohibited.

No person shall scatter or distribute handbills or advertising matter or post or paste the same on any sidewalk, building, poles, trees or other structures or throw any waste paper upon any street or sidewalk in the village.

§ 110-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of $250 or by imprisonment of 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
