It shall be unlawful to intentionally feed wild
mammals and migratory water fowl.
If any person is found guilty of violating this
article, that person shall be issued a warning. If a second violation
occurs after a warning is issued, then the punishment for violating
this article shall be a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day the intentional
feeding takes place.

This article shall be enforced by the Animal
Control Officer.
This article does not prohibit baiting deer
as permitted in N.J.S.A. 23:4-24.4.
