An application shall be submitted to the Planning
Board Secretary, in duplicate, on forms supplied by the Planning Board.
An application for final approval of a site plan shall be filed with
the Planning Board no less than 21 days prior to the meeting date
for which consideration is requested. Required fees shall be submitted
with the application form.
Any approval shall be conditioned upon the timely
receipt of a favorable report on the application by the County Planning
Board or other governmental agency to which an application for final
site plan approval is required. Failure to report within the required
time period shall constitute approval.
Upon approval of the site development plan, and upon compliance with all conditions, the Engineer and the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Planning Board shall be authorized to sign the plan, and the Secretary shall affix the Seal of the Board. The tracing shall be and remain a permanent record of the Planning Board, and the applicant shall supply to the Planning Board the number of prints reasonably required for its records.
