[Amended 5-17-1994 by Ord. No. 2:19G1-94]
If, before final approval has been obtained,
any person transfers, sells or agrees to sell, as owner or agent,
any land which forms a part of a subdivision on which, by ordinance,
the Planning Board is required to act, or for any other violation
of the terms and conditions of this chapter, such person shall be
subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or to imprisonment in the County
Jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, at the discretion
of the Municipal Court. Each parcel, plot or lot so disposed of shall
be deemed a separate violation.
In addition to the foregoing, if the streets
in the subdivision are not such that a structure on such land in the
subdivision would meet requirements for a building permit, the Township
may institute and maintain a civil action:
B. To set aside and invalidate any conveyance made in
violation of the terms hereof.
[Added 5-17-1994 by Ord. No. 2:19G1-94]

For any and every violation of the foregoing or of any conditions
of approval relating to a major site plan, minor subdivision or major

shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500, or imprisonment in
the County Jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both, at the
discretion of the Municipal Court. Every day that a violation occurs
or is committed shall constitute a separate offense.
