Thirty miles per hour is hereby established
as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways
within the corporate limits of this Village. However, 15 miles per
hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles
may proceed on Wayne Avenue from Glasgow Street to East DeZeng Street
and on East DeZeng Street from the intersection with Wayne Avenue
to the eastern Village limits. In addition, on Route 31 between Ford
Street and a point 0.2± mile east of Ford Street the maximum
speed limit shall be 30 miles per hour and from a point 0.2±
mile east of Ford Street to the easterly Village line, the maximum
speed limit shall be 45 miles per hour.
