Editor's Note: The Town Board enacted three local laws on 12-5-2007 to provide for stormwater pollution prevention and management, as follows: L.L. No. 3-2007, Construction site stormwater pollution prevention and sediment control; L.L. No. 4-2007, Illicit discharge connections; and L.L. No. 5-2007, Post-construction stormwater pollution prevention. This subject matter is considered part of the Town's Design Criteria and Construction Standards, which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk. See also Chapter 223.
