Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited within the Borough of Edgeworth.
A. 
"Disorderly conduct," within the limits of the Borough of Edgeworth, shall be and is hereby defined as willfully making or causing to be made any loud, boisterous and unseemly noise or disturbance to the annoyance of the peaceable residents nearby or near to any public highway, road, street, lane, alley, park, square or common, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed.
B. 
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing definition in Subsection A hereof, "disorderly conduct" in particular shall be and is hereby defined to be and to include the following, committed in or upon or adjacent to the Borough roads, streets, lanes, alleys, footwalks, parks, thoroughfares and public highways, so as to cause or tend to cause disturbance to the annoyance of the peaceable residents near by or to the traveling public, viz.:
(1) 
Unnecessary noises, public profanity, indecent conduct or indecent language.
(2) 
Loafing or loitering on public thoroughfares or public property.
(3) 
Fighting (except in self defense), quarreling or throwing stones or other missiles.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10, and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.[1]
