The Town of Greenwich does hereby relinquish completely its authority
to administer the provisions of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention
and Building Code.
The Board does further ratify and confirm all of the provisions in a
certain agreement entered into September 24, 1986, between the County of Washington
and the Town of Greenwich providing for the administration and enforcement
of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code by the County
of Washington, within the Town of Greenwich, New York.
