All elective and appointive officers and committees
shall make a written report to the Town and such report shall be embodied
in the Annual Town Report. Such a report shall be itemized to the
extent of showing at least the amount of money, goods, refunds, credits
or real estate abatements received by such persons from the Town,
excepting such amounts as are prohibited by law to be published.
All elective and appointed officers shall surrender
and pay to the Town treasury all fees received by them by virtue of
their office.
